Terms & Conditions (Returns or Replace and Cancellation) Hopefully you love everything you purchase with us, however if something does not work out, weĆ¢€™re here to help! Under this policy : Replacement Guarantee, Products Received in Damaged condition/Manufacturing Defect or Wrong item 2sistersboutique.in offers you Replacement on the product(s) ordered on 2sistersboutique.in. This means that within 15 days from the date of delivery you can ask for replacement of the product(s) subject to following terms and conditions :
  • You can ask for replacement of product(s) in case of any manufacturing defect viz. if the product is mis-colored, then the same product(s) will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product(s).
  • Replacement can be for the entire product(s) or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with 2sistersboutique.in and notification of the same within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Replacement is offered for the product(s) sold by 2sistersboutique.in
Disclaimer on Replacement :
  • Any decision on 15 Day Replacement Guarantee on the Product(s) sold by 2sistersboutique.in is at the sole discretion of 2sistersboutique.in and decision 2sistersboutique.in shall be final and binding.
  • 2sistersboutique.in reserves the right to withdraw from 15 Day Replacement Guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.
  • The terms of warranty and replacement are governed by manufacturer and 2sistersboutique.in cannot act outside the preview of decision provided by manufacturer.
  • Strictly No Exchange is possible on Customized or Tailored or Stitched Items,
  • Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, 2sistersboutique.in is unable to extend its Returns Policy for any items sourced outside of India.
  • 2sistersboutique.in shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product as compared to that shown on the website, this is mostly due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of your own monitor screens.
  • A customer while placing the order should consider this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.
  • Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.   • As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. Points to Note in Regard Replacement :
  • You can contact us via our website Contact us before initiating the return. 2sistersboutique.in will instruct the customer on the process of returning the product.
  • Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the 2sistersboutique.in or its partner's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the customer observes the package is damaged or tampered, he or she should refuse to accept delivery and mail 2sistersboutique.in customer care and we request to keep your order id handy while calling as our customer care executive may ask for it.
  • In cases, where the order delivered is in damaged condition or the contents are missing, customer must inform 2sistersboutique.in within 24 hrs of delivery of the order and if the customer is unable to do so, then there shall be no liability of 2sistersboutique.in to replace the order.
  • Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product(s) has been shipped to customer.
  • 2sistersboutique.in will refund the cost of the returned item. Please note that 2sistersboutique.in will provide a refund facility only for product(s) ordered from the 2sistersboutique.in website.
  • The customer needs to return any product(s) bought from 2sistersboutique.in within a period of 15 days from the receipt of the shipment.
  • 2sistersboutique.in does not accept any returns after 15 days of receiving the shipment.
Other Points to Note with regard to Cancellation Policy :
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been shipped or communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that are obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and ValentineĆ¢€™s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • 2sistersboutique.in does not accept cancellation requests for items that are under Imported Category.
  • 2sistersboutique.in does not accept cancellation requests for the items which are undergoing any kind of Stitching or Customization or Tailoring.
Other Points to Note with regard to Refund Policy :
  • Strictly we do no refund back for what so ever the reason.
  • Strictly No refunds in case of Stitched or Customized or Tailored Items.
Other Points to Be Noted with regards to Color and Beading :
  • Red, Maroon, Pink and Orange Colors have a tendency such red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade. There might be slight color differences when seen on the website from your screen and actual product.
  • White and Off-White and cream colors might look alike on screen, than what you see in actual.
  • Products, which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
  • Incase of Anarkali Flares/ghare/Kali showen in picture might be huge but orginially it might be of regular Anarkali but not as much as in picture and we will not be responsible for the same, as it designed by manufacture we shall provide accordingly. And we do not take any kind of return or refund for the same.
  • Taxes as applicable.
  • 70% advance payment for whole buyers. Remaining payment post delivery. Complete payment from retail buyers
